btw was that him in the yellow whatever it was, what he was rolled in? with the black hat and glasses before you get to see him interviewed?
he really likes to support kids and projects like that, that´s just great!

I was thinking the same. from the lengh of his hair in the interview it must have been around 2006, that´s when he had this very long hair (which i still don´t like lol)
it´s so great he is involved in lots of those kind of projects. he definitely has a heart for kids

Ah, I love this too. I would imagine these are the kind of experiences kids (and other folks) remember and look back on as something that changed their way of life, behavior, etc. Presentation- and drama classes are so worth the embarrassment you feel in that moment. It can teach you so much about yourself... the way of communicating, standing, feeling, interacting.
Way to go, Josh!

From inner city Minneapolis to the White House, from the heart of the largest Somali immigrant community in the U.S. to the stage, from a teenager's effort to break out of a family history of teenage mothers to attend college, the stories of the children of the Chicago Avenue Project offer a view from the inside, of the highs and lows, struggles and obstacles involved in a small theater company's effort to use theater to make a difference in the lives of children facing the challenges of inner city life.
