The Friends of New Yorkers For Children will host their Sixth Annual Spring Dinner Dance – New Year’s in April: A Fool’s Fête at the Mandarin Oriental in The Time Warner Center on April 15, 2009.

A perennial New York City favorite that sells out before invitations are even mailed, A Fool’s Fête will benefit many of our city’s 17,000 youth in foster care.

Guests to Include: Josh Hartnett.

About New Yorkers For Children:
New Yorkers For Children (NYFC) is the non-profit organization that partners with the Administration for Children’s Services to improve the lives of children in foster care in New York City. NYFC recognizes that young people in foster care face a myriad of challenges and that much is needed that cannot be provided with government funding. Our private funds reach youth in foster care in many ways including college scholarships, tutoring programs, mentoring and networking opportunities.
