Okay, I thought as it seems that Josh is longer in LA and those news are not really Oscar related anymore, I thought to just open a new extra thread. i hope it´s okay?

Josh Hartnett pulled over by cops in LA

Actor Josh Hartnett, who usually resides in NYC, was snapped being pulled over by the police yesterday afternoon, after being caught speeding in Beverly Hills. Luckily for the Black Hawk Down star he was let off with just a warning.
And we’d like to thank the cop who asked Josh to remove his oversized celebrity sunglasses - you know the kinda shots we’re after!!
Do you know why Josh is in L.A? Leave your answers in the comments people!

well I hope we get to know soon why he is still in LA

but what about his eyes? they look weird, kinda swollen? or just less sleep?

But nice car, really sportive and invited to drive fast, I can understand him. and a german car, but I noticed he always drives a BMW when he is in LA

Ohhh... yes nice car... nicer driver though!
I drive a German car too (Audi) and have been looking at a BMW next.
I love the shot of him in the shades looking in the wing mirror (presumably) at the cop walking up to him.

but the car suits him actually. and yes, nicer driver! would love to be his passenger
and the one in the shades, before he had to take them off, is really great, i agree with you

Hayden Panettiere debuted a new short blonde bob, Chris Evans celebrated a friend's birthday with a bottle of Grey Goose and a round of Patron shots, L.A. Laker Lamar Odom chilled out after the game, Josh Hartnett laid low with a beer and a buddy while David Arquette partied with pal Emile Hirsch.

His eyes do look a bit tired, but we've seen him looking like that before.

Josh should know not to speed in Beverly Hills (they're very strict about that, it was even in the Hollywood Homicide script). I remember reading somewhere that he said "he's in impatient driver". Not only did he get pulled over, but the paps are there...this is a RPO.

that´s what I thought as well. must be embarrassing enough to get pulled over, but being pictured, no wonder he is RPOing (probably in both ways)

whoo I really love Josh in a car, need to see more of that. don´t know, but he looks just cool all the time he is driving himself. I bet he is a typical guy when it comes to driving lol. wonder if he can be a nice passenger too when a girl is driving? or if he is one of those typical men always yelling (actually don´t think he is like that)

Glad he just got a warning, probably because most stars give a "Don't you know who I am" speech or look , and he probably wasn't speeding too much.
I don't think he is the yelling type of passenger (like you said), at least I hope not for those who drive him lol, but I think it's funny how once you drive you look at someone else's driving so much more (unless I'm alone here).
Anyway, definitely a RPO moment, in which situation I would be too!
