| Member ![]() ![]() | Hi Missy, Welcome to Joshtopia! I would definitely recommend seeing 'Rain Man' - it is an excellent play! with a great storyline, which will make you laugh & cry. The production set is amazing, as the sets move around...you'll also get to see 2 outstanding actors Adam Godley & (of course the sexiest man alive) Josh Hartnett in an Armani suit... and his on stage the whole time expect for one small scene... The Apollo theatre is very beautiful & intimate, so even if you see right at the front it's not that bad... (unlike other theatres were your neck is tilted upwards the whole time)... The best seats are probably B - D in the stalls (for me anyway...) - I haven't been to an afternoon showing, so im not sure about the vibe... but i have been to an evening one and it was quite an experience... To be honest, i went only for Josh... but afterwards i was so impressed by the whole play in general! I have been wanting to go back again... Quote:

| Newbie | I think he's just exhausted. imagine working everyday the same thing 2 months in a row so far, and then 2 doubles in a week, oh hell, I'd be such a ***** by now! I wouldn't sign crap, seriously, the same play day in day out, I'm a bartender and I couldn't imagine working like 9 shifts every week for 2 months straight kinda loses it's magic, you know, then these questions over and over again he gets backstage..... then asked to blow kisses like a circus animal... oh hell no, I couldn't, no way......I'd be strangling people by now if I were him.... |

I agree with you here hulagirl. And l think of the sort of person he comes across as being, and this really isn't him.... repeating something day after day. He has always said that he tries to do different things all the time. But his done it because he wanted the experience, but l don't think it would be something he'd want to do again in a hurry... xx |

| Newbie | Thank yu for all the welcomes! I JUST ordered 3rd row seats for Monday 15th December... the operator asked me where I wanted to sit and I said hmmm, maybe near the front, and he replied 'Just as long as you're as close to Mr Hartnett as possible right? You're not the first!' Really looking forward to this. Gonna have to run as fast as I can to get the back stage door right?? Someone give me a map so I can get there first! |
