Given that it's said to be a cross between a Western and a samurai movie, I'd be shocked if there weren't fight scenes. Plus, that seems to be part of the reason they wanted Gackt, because he's known more for his martial abilities than his acting. He hasn't acted in very much stuff.

1973 is the date that was mentioned in The Sixth Day & Seventh Night tour. It came straight from Gackt.

His name isn't really Satoru Okabe. I've heard Satoru Okabe is an alternate reading of some of the kanji in his actual name, though. I LOVE the Takeshi Kaneshiro images in your signature, BTW!

aloha, I loved everything in his look then. And I have fallen inlove with his acting after Pearl Harbour though I have seen a lot of his movies before that and was already thinking of him as of my fav actor

Thanks for the info on Gackt, I dont mind hearing about him...I'm the kinda girl that likes to be educated on all Josh stuff, and if this guy is in his life right now, it's cool to hear about him! also I think Josh looks kinda buffed up in the pic? maybe the make-up but he looks ready to kick some ass!!! i love my ass kickin' Josh,lol...oh and ya The Faculty was one of his amazing roles, he made the whole movie and took lead like a natural!

I know he mentioned that year. I have seen that consert too. In fact that is my favourite consert of Gackt-SAN. But still I am not that sure. There are too much doubts. Even with this Satoru Okabe name.

Fuurin Kazan photos, Fuurin Kazan footage. In the second picture in my sig, you can just barely see he's wearing the same armor as in the picture on the horse. I don't think Bunraku will be quite that old-fashioned.

I don't understand. :x This is only the second thread, and I thought we could use this one for media posts perhaps. If that's not acceptable, then I understand but the only other Bunraku thread is already sixteen pages long and seemed to be just speculation. I seem to be getting mixed opinions over whether or not my supplying info on Gackt is welcome or not. ^___^;;;; AnnieHARTNETT, sunkis80, Jocasta, and watashimokomi are all saying it's okay and they are interested in learning, but aloha wants me to stop. So I don't know what to do.
