Generally yes but not always. He was outstanding in as Trip and in "O" and in Member then it was a bit later he started to really improve.

btw i watched trailers from different sites, and i think there is a audio sync problem at the beginning.. cuz josh's voice match josh's mouth shape (at the beginning) is it only me?

Yes, the lip syncing is out a bit at the start in all the sites I've seen too.
