Taking ribs out so you can (how can I nicely put it?) suck yourself off. Apparantly Marilyn Manson has done that but he's a pretty sick guy!

I'd rent one of those very fast planes... then rent a luxury 4WD (no wait, better; buy it), and spend the entire day on the Whitsunday's. Build my own tiki bar and invite some rockin' band to play all night long... (n send some invites beforehand of course)
