As regards "I come with the rain", the director Tran Anh Hung is very appreciated in France because he's lived in France for a long time (don't know if he still lives here) and he 's a French-speaking.And there are a lot of french people in the crew of his movies.Therefore, his movie's likely to release in France. Therefore, certainly in Germany as well. So, don't worry.
