After making 3 movies about Vietnam, I now feel like a real change of direction in my career. With I COME WITH THE RAIN, I intend to make a baroque action film, a passionate thriller, both intense and poetic, haunted by 3 figures from the mythology of film and of the western world: serial killer, private investigator and Christlike figure.
The action will allow the meeting of various great American and Asian stars.
In this movie, the flesh will be both frightening and splendid. It will be violent for the amazing emotional charge it produces and the very violence of it is magnificent. The sensuality and modernity inherent to the movie will be brought to incandescence by the music written by RADIOHEAD.
