I've been saying all along that ICWTR hasn't been officially announced for Cannes yet and sadly, annoyingly, the film won't be at the festival. At least it's not included in the release in Variety.

OK, a glimmer of hope... after reading the article again this popped out at me;

France has three films in competition: the second is “La Frontiere de l’aube,” from indefatigable Nouvelle Vague auteur Philippe Garrel. A third, Fremaux said, has still to be announced.

ICWTR is a French film but I have no idea why it wouldn't be announced at the festival's press conference.
