Latest gawker sighting from the 14th...

Josh Hartnett and Mike Meyers at The Back Room on Friday night. They spent a long time in the hidden behind the bookcase with a bunch of friends, going in and out very relaxed-like until after I left around 3. Overheard someone say the band Guster was with them. Do they come here often, 'cause the staff seemed totally indifferent/ used to it when a few gaggling girls came asking at the bar....

Got this off of some dudes blog. It's from Feb.

This is Josh Hartnett at the Arcade Fire concert at Judson Memorial Church in NYC in February. I know the picture is a bit tardy but it took me a while to get a proper copy. My friend took this picture and if you click on it and blow it up, you'll catch his angry gaze. Hartnett waited in a LOOOONG line for a Bud Light when his pass would have given him immediate access to a beer. He didn't even impress the tough as nails bartender who works every "Bowery Presents" concert in the city.

I once watched said bartender tell a drunken customer he had a receding hairline and should go to hell when he asked for a stronger Jack and Coke. It was the ultimate equalizer. Anyway, back to Hartnett. He's apparently so desperate to be recognized that he is now wearing the same shirt, jacket, jeans, ski cap and horn rimmed glasses everywhere he goes. He was spotted wearing this same outfit two days in a row after this picture was taken. Again, he's young, rich and dated one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood so I'm pretty sure he can procure an extra outfit.

He also apparently goes everywhere alone. By the end of the night he had a couple of low brow hipster chicks fawning over him but he had to feverishly pace the place for a couple hours. I'm pretty sure no one recognized him until we spotted him and took his picture.

I have a few problems with this story
1. Josh does not look angry to me. Not even slightly RPO'd

2. Josh having to pace around looking for chics at the end of the night. Ha! Thats laughable.

3. Why would Josh be drinking Bud-Light? I mean, my fav beer is Smithwick's, and I'm no beer snob, I've had plenty of fun with Bud-light, but if I were Josh in a bar in NYC with a loaded wallet, why would I order Bud-light? Seems like he'd at least go for a Stella??? HHmm....

Anyway, obviously he was there cuz we have a photo but I'm not sure about the rest

No He drinks Bud I saw him. He had a couple of bottles of Bud at the Ham Lake play.Pus he bought every one at the show 2 drinks(He's so nice)
Josh I dont think would get mad to have to wait in ..he's laid back.Thanks for the post Love it.

Yes, my hubby doesnt dring so I sucked down 4 Coronas. Thats why I had to run to the bathroom after the show..thats when I told the girls in there that I was star struck seeng Josh, and one nasty chic quiped "Hes just an Actor" . I wanted to pop her. and when I got out of the bathroom my hubby was talking to Sam.
