Along with this image from the film, the teaser article features quotes from Brian De Palma: "I love dark noir, these femmes fatales, the twisted noir hero," says director Brian De Palma of his take on James Ellroy's 1940s-era detective novel, based on a famous L.A. crime. "The hero is basically put through hell." The three-paragraph article by Ryan Devlin then describes the plot of the film before pointing out that while the film's story is fiction... ...the Black Dahlia murder, which remains a cold case, is chillingly real. De Palma viewed the gruesome shots of the crime scene, where victim Elizabeth Short's body was discarded. "The photos of her displayed out in the field, they are all over the Internet," he says. "Once you see them, you will never forget them." ![]() Josh IS Bucky, he looks just perfect! And Aaron Eckhart looks so right for his role, I can't believe how 'right' he is. | Bunny Gooz ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | aw, he's cute. The hair and that hat, just makes me smile. I had a hat like that once, for the Danish Halloween(same thing where you dress up, but not celebrated for the same reasons) day in Feb. where I was a clown. White clown. I can't wait to see this film, and how Josh is. I read a couple of books that took place in that time, it's going be cool to see Josh in a role like that. |

| MIHO THE HARTNETT BUNNI!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Awww, you've read the book! I have purposely put off reading the book until the movie comes out so shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! That little tidbit makes me kind of happy though, and that would explain why I have only noticed them in that pic. |
