You need to get to 50 posts then you can choose a custom avatar, so you don't have far to go!

Just click 'User CP', and then in the side click 'Edit Avatar', and in the bottom, you can insert a url with you're avatar! It's piece a cake

It always says : Invalid File!!!!
It sucks!!!!!!!!

OK, when you've found a avatar you want to use,
right click on it then
click "Properties" then
copy the URL or "Location" (starts after http://www. ending with jpg) then
paste onto "Enter Avatar URL" box where Kashie said. (CPUser - Edit Avatar).

Hope that helps and Olive... I see you've made it past 50 posts... I'd love to see a whole string of Josh avatars in the forum!

don't worry, I didn't know how in the beginning either.
there is a site called www.imageshack.us and another one called www.imagevenue.com
there you can upload you're avatar, if you have it saved on your computer in the right size. 100 pixels or less. Then you take the 'direct link' url, and put it in the custom avatar thing.

I tried to enter a URL and of my computer! And it always said that!
I tried it like you told me! But it did not work!!!!!

Post the URL here and maybe someone can see why it's invalid?

Or try downloading an avatar to your pc and doing it that way.
