Team America

In Team America (which I thought was pretty funny) they are making fun of Jerry Bruckheimer films, and taken out of context, the movies are kind of cheesy. But...I love them! Pearl Harbor is one of my favorite movies! In Team America they have a song called "The end of an act"...making fun of Pearl Harbor...here are the lyrics

Mean...I know, but the way they did it, I still thought it was funny, b/c I didn't think the movie sucked. But pretty much everyone else I know hated it. I can't ever figure out why...they never have a good reason. But I think this song was funny b/c it is so random!

yeah, it was so funny. They also had a moment where I think they were making fun of Josh in Pearl Harbor...one of the puppets (not a main character, so don't worry it isn't spoiling the movie, its not really important) dies, and he is saying his last words, and when he dies his eyes open really wide like Josh's in PH...I think it was making fun of him, it looked very similar.

He-he! Thanks Nicole, I've heard about the movie (it's not out here yet) and the Pearl Harbor piss take, it does sound funny. And I'd also heard that death scene you mentioned was like Danny's death; doesn't the character actually say;
"I'm so cold" ... too?

the puppets bug me. when i was younger the muppets disturbed me...and clowns freak me out...as long as it wasn't Josh they were making fun of.... [img]graemlins/woah.gif[/img]

but that song is funny! I haven't seen the movie but i know some who have and they loved it...I don't know...the puppets...man, they bug me! :D
