The Black Dahila Novel - a good read???

is the black dahila a good read..im going on holiday soon and fancy a book 2 read, i thought it would be perfect for me so i get to know the basic storyline for the film. is a good read..any recommendations ???? [img]smile.gif[/img] thanks

Definitely recommend it, as long as you like tough language, graphic violence and a bit of steamy sex! Or at least like reading about that. :D
Although the draft of the script I've seen is quite a lot different to the book, it's worth reading regardless of how many plot changes there may or may not be.
I'm thinking of taking some more Ellroy on holiday too.
