Vanessa Paradis to learn singing Johnny Depp

Johnny Depp takes singing lessons from his love Vanessa Paradis, as he’s preparing for his new film, as lse.co.uk notes.

Johnny, who jointed “Edward Scissorhands” director Tim Burton for the musical, -will play demonic hairdresser Sweeney Todd, who butchers his customers and uses their remains as pie fillings.

So, the “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor has been rehearsing for the part with Vanessa at their family home.

Vanessa was allowed to take charge of Johnny's vocal coaching so that he wouldn't have to leave his family in France to be trained in Los Angeles.

"He is over the moon Vanessa can train him in the studio at their converted barn", a source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper.

Depp had to pass a singing test to land a part in musical “Sweeney Todd”.
