Johnny Depp and Keira Knightley differ on 'Pirates' movie kiss

Johnny Depp and Keira Knightley kiss in the newest "Pirates of the Caribbean" film, but the Hollywood actors clearly don't share the same view of it.

While Knightley describes the kiss in "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" as being a very positive experience, Depp clearly disagrees as he called the kiss "unbelievably awkward," Tmz.com reported.

"Any kind of scene like that whenever you're doing that sort of thing, it's always unbelievably awkward, especially having met Keira when she was 17 years old," the 43-year-old actor said. "But regardless of that it's always awkward so you kind of just make light of it; she was a good sport and we just kind of did what we had to do, that's the gig."

"I couldn't ask for a better kissing scene with Johnny Depp actually, I think my 14-year-old self was yelping with pleasure," the 21-year-old actress said. "It was fantastic! What more can a girl ask for? I've got Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom and I get to kiss both of them. It's wonderful!"

I talked to this guy who saw it at the world premiere, somewhere, Paris I think. He said it wasn't as good as the first, because Johnny didn't get as much screentime! ARRRG, NOT GOOD! I'm sure it will be great though.

I know! He totally is. But I guess because Will and Elizabeth are going to rescue Jack from whatever, maybe you see more from their 'jouney'.

I don't want to read anything more than what I've already seen and read. So I really have no clue why he doesn't have as much screentime. I shouldn't have seen trailers or teaser, because they totally spoil everything, but you can't really dodge them. They're on MTV every 20 freakin' minute.

In the movie their kiss was SEXY. But I still don't like that Elizabeth kissed him and used him in that way. I feel Jack and Liz had more chemistry in one scene than Liz and Will had in both movies combined. Though I can admit that...I still don't want him ending up with Liz in the third movie.

Yeah, it really was. I think it's pretty cool, she really showed she was pirate-like after all. I don't like that she left him, but the way she tricked him, you know, was pretty awesome. She was heartbroken afterwards, remember that.

I couldn't see him together, Sparrow's just not like that. I don't know, but I can't really see him with any woman. And certainly not with those girls from Tortuga, either. I think Will and Liz seemed more in love and all that in the first film. There wasn't really any of that in this one. Like you said; Jack and Liz had much more chemistry.

I dunno about Will and Liz anymore...When he asked her if she'd seen Jack, he gave her this death look and then Liz shot it right back at him, like she didn't want anything to do with him. And she didn't even attempt to go to him at the end of the movie for comfort, she just stayed on her side of the room. Though I do not like like Liz and Will together either, I don't want to see her with Jack.

As for her being a pirate? She had about two five minute sword scenes and that was it. She was still a noble person and I don't think I could see her as a pirate. The fact that she felt terrible about what she'd done to Jack proves it. Sure you can feel bad, but she showed it WAY too much.
