Supernatural may be in trouble, CW announced it picked up Smallville but left out Supernatural. It has lower ratings then smallville and like Smallville its losing viewers almost every week. This was picked up by USA Today and E!

I dont know whats up at the CW. If there perpetuating these rumors to create publicity with all these SOS campaigns, its annoying.

Oh dear! Over here itsonly on ITV2 cos I don't think it did too well on ITV (but they did put it on really late). I saw the results of the E! Save One Show poll and I think it only came like 4th or 5th. I've never seen Smallville and don't have much interest too.I hope Supernatural gets picked up though!

Supernatural is always in trouble. You know why? Because they put the show on unannounced breaks all the time. And what are they gonna do? Cancel all the shows that have bad ratings? Because honestly, isn't that like every show on the channel? Well, they're worse than they used to be before the merge anyway.

If they're going to cancel Supernatural then they're going to have to cancel Veronica Mars, Gilmore Girls, 7th Heaven and One Tree Hill as well, 'cause they're all in the same situation. And what are they going to do with all of the empty time slots? Send old re-runs of America's Next Top Model?

Oh yeah, and have you seen all the Supernatural blogs and dedicated fans out there? I'm scared to go look for them. It has a very large, constant fanbase. That means a whole lot of hate mail if the show is cancelled.

Well what do they expect when it is up against Grey's Anatomy and CSI. Two of the show with the most viewers.

Oh I didn't know itsup against Grey's. I gotta say I do like that show too.

I know what you mean Cat - most shows are said to be getting less ratings than desired most of the time it seems - its tiring seeing so many shows come and go so quickly.

CW has to put there shows up against other stations best. Tuesday night it would be up against the even more populare American Idol and Friday is a dead spot.

It has more to do with how many viewers it loses from its lead and how many viewers its been losing since the show started then how many it gets total. They also want shows to get to 5 seasons (100 episodes). If TV stations think they have no chance of getting there, there more likely to cut them even if there is a show in its 4th season with lower ratings.Which is why Supernatural is in more trouble then OTH.

7th Heaven is gone.

I hope Supernatual doesnt get cancled.

I want it to stay around to, im going to be watching it right now.

I still have the same criticism of the show from the beginning. Not a big enough cast. They need some more people to interact with. A girl or 2 as consistent cast members so they dont always have to have one show stand relationships. A long term bad guy.

Yeah, and there are also Bobby and Meg. I would like to see some old characters making a re-appearance too, like that girl whom Sam falls in love in the haunted portrait episode.

^O I so agree. Thats what I have wanted from the first day she joined the show. When she said she wanted to be a hunter also, I thought she was going to join them.

Ya, then mention him/it, but he's never really in the show. Like Lex in smallville or some of those season long bad guys in buffy. Something to add more of a continues story line.

I guess I dont know what will make it better, I guess I just feel it needs something because its usually not the show im waiting impatiently to see every week.

I'm pretty much behind US pace but I like the girl and her mother in that bar - the girl should become more of a regular - she was good when she was in a recent episode.

I don't like Alona Tal. I dunno, I just seem to dislike the characters she chooses. I don't like Jo, she's too teenager..ish for me. It's not that I want someone that very mature or anything, just...a character that seems like she's as old as the guys. She'd be like the little sister that would always get herself into trouble, and then the boys would have to save her. I'd want a regular girl that's more of an equal to the boys.
