AJ is actually given a relatively small role in this series. The show is very deeply written (much like other profiler shows) and the characters are very developed. They are starting to give her more scenes these days but it has always been a pretty good show. I must admit though, I started watching it when I found out she was on it (mid-season 2). I was a fan of hers when she did Tru Calling with Eliza Dushku. She definitely had too few scenes then.
