Scarlett's Not Some 'Slutty Airhead'

(Nov. 20) -- Scarlett Johansson has been called many things during her time in the spotlight, and she's talking about most of them in an interview with Allure magazine.
In the December issue of Allure, ScarJo opines on how the public perceives her ("a crock of s---," she declares), how she's not Woody Allen's "muse," and just how private her relationship with Ryan Reynolds is.
On being called Woody Allen's "muse": "I don't think it’s using 'muse' in the proper sense -- someone who inspires the work you do. I don't inspire the work that Woody does. I'm just lucky to fit into the 'young woman' category in his movies. But make no mistake: I know that if it wasn't me, it would be somebody else ... He did write 'Scoop' for me, though."

On being the inspiration for Katy Perry's 'I Kissed a Girl': "I had no idea [about the song] -- I should get a cut! That's flattering, but my lips are kind of taken."
On how she met husband Ryan Reynolds: "Nobody knows. It's private. It's our story."
On her forearm tattoo: "It's kind of personal. It's a sunrise, and it makes me happy when I look at it."
On getting married: "I always wanted to get married and have kids. I just never had any preconceived idea about what that would be like. Some girls have envisioned their whole wedding forever. My life seems to be happening naturally. I never have plans on where life is going to take me."
On her work ethic: "I'm a very professional person: I never miss a day. I don't storm off the set."
On her public perception of her emails to Barack Obama: "I equated it with the sexist media, trying to put every woman into this position: Either you're a bulldog, or you're some slutty airhead. Maybe some people would say it's an image that I put out. That's a crock of s---. I'm sorry. The fact was completely taken out of context, and it was horribly embarrassing."

She's so very right when it comes to the Obama thing, it was just a joke and she was really blasted for that.

I don't have any examples to show, I was just recalling that aloha suggested some time ago to change the Scarlett pic of this forum for a new one and maybe she or anyone else could come up with a new one, if everyone feels like changing the current one.
