i really dont like your fave pic from scarlett bill, its just not her style, when i first saw it i thought it was a fake one. but, i do adore your avatar because at that very same moment when that pic was taken i was looking at scarlett

she never lets her hair like that and it makes her look better, more like her age. its a recent one from the live performances we couldnt watch and shes rocking her engagement ring there.

if someone could make an avatar of that pic for me that totally would make my day. i've tried to resize it but it looked bad...
