That is the name of the new Woody Allen picture starring Scarlett and Penelope Cruz according to VideoETA and IMDb. No definite release date other than 2008. It is listed as a comedy/drama/romance and the plot outline says "A painter enters a relationship with two American tourists. Conflict begins with the painter's jealous ex-girlfriend."

Washington, Nov 23 (ANI): Its not often that director Woody Allen has trouble getting his words out, but thats exactly what happened when he had to direct Penelope Cruz in a new movie.
And, the news comes straight from actress Scarlett Johansson, who also stars in the pic.
Johansson revealed that Allen wrote a part for the Spanish beauty after he saw her in her Oscar-nominated role in Volver.
However, he was so infatuated by her that he was reduced to a stuttering mess in her presence.
“Of course Woody was so unbelievably enamoured of her. He’d be like ‘Uh-uh-uh P-Penelope, P-Penelope,’” Contactmusic quoted Johansson, as saying.
“You’d think, ‘You are such a stuttering fool, man. Just get your stuff together.’ But what can you do - he’s an appreciator of fine things, and Penelope is quite fine,” she added. (ANI)

Weinsteins make a date with Woody's "Cristina"

The Weinstein Co. has picked up North American distribution rights to Woody Allen's romantic comedy/drama "Vicky Cristina Barcelona," starring Javier Bardem, Penelope Cruz and Scarlett Johansson.

Patricia Clarkson, Kevin Dunn, Rebecca Hall and Chris Messina also star in the tale of Vicky and Christina (Hall and Johansson), two Americans vacationing in the title's Spanish city, who become part of a chain of romances involving an artist (Bardem) and his nutty ex-wife (Cruz).

A steamy menage a trois sequence between Bardem, Cruz and Johansson was the talk of the American Film Market when it previewed in Santa Monica in November.

Another selling point might be the offscreen romance between Bardem and Cruz. The pair also are working together for the Weinstein Co.'s adaptation of the Broadway musical "Nine" for director Rob Marshall.

The film marks Allen's sixth partnership with Bob and Harvey Weinstein, one that began in their Miramax days with his 1994 comedy "Bullets Over Broadway" and continues this month with "Cassandra's Dream." A 2008 release of "Barcelona" is planned.

Woody Allen is still going strong and currently finishing his 41st feature film entitled Vicky Cristina Barcelona. Just as New York City was the backdrop in Woody Allen's "Manhattan," the stunning city of Barcelona is the setting for the romantic adventures of Vicky and Cristina. These two young Americans spend a summer in Spain and meet a flamboyant artist (Javier Bardem) and his beautiful but insane ex-wife (Penelope Cruz). Vicky (Rebecca Hall) is straight-laced and about to be married. Cristina (Scarlett Johansson) is a sexually adventurous free spirit. When they all become amorously entangled, the results are both hilarious and harrowing.
