In most cases, any movie released during that time period is a turkey. There are a few exceptions though. We'll just have to wait and see.

CLOSE TO HOME: Julie White, who's soon to appear in "The Nanny Diaries," tells us that audiences will get a chance to see a much more accurate portrayal of Scarlett Johansson in the movie hitting theaters in September. "Scarlett is very sweet in this movie and very close to herself. She plays a young girl who just graduated from college and doesn't know what to do with herself and ends up being a nanny to a very, very dysfunctional, rich family," explains White of what to expect. "It's a social satire of the Upper East Side moms. What I've seen of it is quite magical."

no bad reviews of the film for now so thats good. i guess it ust be something like bridget jones type of comedy maybe? i mean a good comedy, not a feminist one. we'll see.

I can't remember is this was posted here before. I think it was but not in this thread Ha!..Anyway They're showing the ad for Nanny Diaries on tv now so it's for sure the film will be out August 24th. Here is the trailer:

Remember back in March, before they pushed this movie back there was a couple of contests to win tickets to the premiere. Well, it's back on:

Read the "Official Rules". The grand prize winner and guest only get air transportation, three days/two nights lodging and two tickets to the premier. No meals or ground transportion and they own your personal information in perpetuality.
