British author Philippa Gregory, who penned the novel that the movie is based on, was impressed by Scarlett when she visited the set as part of her role as the film's factual consultant. "When I got on set it was like a reading group. The whole cast and set were reading not just The Other Boleyn Girl but the rest of my Tudor novels, too," Gregory explained. "They'd come up to me and say, 'How does this fit with this?' and 'Who is this person?' It was a very interesting experience. "Scarlett's copy of the book is broken-backed and it's marked on every page." The Other Boleyn Girl tells the story of 16th-century aristocrat Mary Boleyn, who was the sister of Queen Anne Boleyn. |

| Scarlett's "Q"-Love ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hi, Bill and company! As of February 29, 2008, I am officially a Scarlett convert. Since Jennifer Love Hewitt is getting engaged, likely to be married, my fanboy fantasies have to be put to bed, and so it is with renewed vim and vigor that I now focus on our dear Scarlett. That includes a Scarlett avatar! ![]() Simply put, in this movie Scarlett Johansson is to DIE for. ![]() 'Tis a shame there wasn't a bit of casual nudity by Scarlett, but I'll live long enough on my memories of the heated love scenes as they were, notwithstanding the (non)-nudity. Nonetheless, it was quite a satisfactory period piece, even more so since I love the medieval historical period. There was an interesting commercial for The Tudors TV show. I watch the Tudors frequently, and welcome it back to the airwaves again as Showtime's seasons rotate. Ciao! Q-"Dreams of Scarlett"-Love ![]() Last edited by Q-Love; 03-16-2008 at 11:52 PM.. |

| Scarlett's "Q"-Love ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Yes, I made the userbar from scratch. All it takes is a little "Paint" and a little "Irfanview" to make any type of userbar I want. You can test me if you don't believe me. ![]() I am very good at deriving new digital content from old content, especially picture montages, desktop wallpapers, forum userbars and forum avatars. I am not so good at creating new content. But, I'm fine with that. ![]() Q-"Aw, now I'm starting to blush!"-Love ![]() EDIT:As of this post, Bill, you have exactly 10,000 more posts than me! Quite astounding! ![]() Last edited by Q-Love; 03-26-2008 at 11:20 PM.. |

| Scarlett's "Q"-Love ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Au contraire, monsieur! It may be coincidental, but it is most certainly...not...ironic! Search Wikipedia for an entry on Irony, or just go to my favorite YouTube comedian, JackDanyells. He has a video parody dedicated to the song "Ironic" by Alanis Morrisette, in which he, ironically, details the lack of irony in the song, by making his song about various ironies. The pertinent video link is...right here. So, what you said is definitely ironic. Alas, mine...merely odd. ![]() You are so much smarter than me. ![]() Q-"And that's no irony"-Love ![]() |
