New video: Scarlett Johansson chats about everything from wishing Barack Obama a happy birthday to his presidential campaign to her new Woody Allen film, 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona.'
In theaters August 15, 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona' casts Scarlett as an emotionally and sexual adventurous American woman in Barcelona who becomes romantically entangled with a charismatic painter (played by new Oscar winner Javier Bardem) and his tempestuous ex-wife (played by Penelope Cruz).

The ring looks huge. I wish we could get a better look at it.
The interviewer seemed a bit of an idiot to me. She wanted to talk about her movie it seemed and she railroaded Obama at her.
I wish it was, Im curious about the "on screen" goings on.

Embarrassment over the onslaught of media attention that zeroed in on comments she had made about an email relationship with presidential candidate Barack Obama, the Associated Press reports.

Johansson has not been shy with her support of Obama, appearing at rallies, campaigning the youth vote, and speaking candidly about her faith in the candidate during media interviews. But when she told the Web site Politco.com in June that she had been corresponding back and forth via email with Obama, she got a little bit of a—should we say—diss. When asked, Obama had told reporters that the actress does not even have his personal email address, he had merely replied to a message that his assistant had forwarded to him from Johansson.

“I was merely trying to express my delight at Obama’s commitment to his campaign in every aspect and his interest and his support (in) his surrogates and his staff and his fellows, and how wonderful and refreshing that is,” Johnasson said. “And it was manipulated into such an unfortunate media frenzy of kind of a nonstory.”

Johansson also suspects that the unlikelihood of a young Hollywood actress becoming politically vocal and active could also have played a part in the media onslaught surrounding the “email relationship.” “It seemed to me to be like a product of extreme sexism, and I kept thinking to myself, 'God, if this was just, like, Kal Penn or George Clooney or any of the other (Obama) surrogates or supporters . . . there wouldn't be (any) question about it. Nobody would even talk about it,” she said.

Johansson appears next in the Woody Allen film, Vicky Cristina Barcelona, opposite Oscar winner Javier Bardem and Oscar nominee Penelope Cruz. Last May the actress confirmed her engagement to fellow actor Ryan Reynolds.

Is the new tattoo on Scarlett Johansson's arm a fake or is it real? No on really seems to know!
Even though it looks like a fake ink job, according to Spreadit.org Johansson got the tattoo about a year ago. Has it taken us this long to notice it? I'm not buying that.
The folks over at 411chatter.com say they think it is a fake. They're also calling ScarJo's bluff on the nose ring too.
Why would a pretty, clean cut, successful actress suddenly put a bar in her nose and a tacky ink job on her arm?

well actually i was wondering the same. I think it´s real cause she has it for long and also you can see it on her arm at the TCA. but I don´t like it, especially cause it´s colorful. I would prefer simple black
