Scarlett Johansson, Eva Longoria Parker and Jessica Biel have designed their own corsets for charity. The Hollywood stars teamed up with Clothes Off Our Backs and Frederick’s of Hollywood to add their own personal touches to the lingerie, which will be auctioned today to raise money for children’s charities.

Eva said: “You get to draw and sketch and I sketched some tulle at the top and it has all of this beading.”
Eva’s ‘Desperate Housewives’ co-star Teri Hatcher has also designed a corset, along with Christina Aguilera and Julianne Moore.
Julianne, who created a peacock inspired design, said: “I think you should bid on any and all of them frankly.”
Scarlett’s sexy creation is expected to attract the highest bids this year.
In previous years, Charlize Theron’s corset was sold for $18,000, while Nicole Kidman’s design fetched $10,000.
Erin Dominguez, from Frederick’s of Hollywood, said: “Each year we set the bar higher and hope to raise even more money.”
The celebrity corset auction is set to be held at Frederick’s of Hollywood’s flagship store on Hollywood Boulevard.

HOLLYWOOD hunk Josh Hartnett had bigger problems than bloodsuckers while working on vampire picture 30 Days Of Night, which screens here next week.

The strapping 6ft 3in star says ex-girlfriend Scarlett Johansson gave him glandular fever, which left him struggling to cope when he should have been killing vampires.

"I was falling apart because I had glandular fever, otherwise known as the kissing disease," said the 29-year-old, right.

"You're supposed to have it at 14, so apparently I haven't kissed enough people."

In fact, when Josh was filming his Arctic horror flick in sub-zero locations, he was supposed to be in an exclusive relationship with his Black Dahlia co-star Scarlett.

The couple were spotted on the film set looking love-struck and cosy.

"Yes it's strange because I'd been with her for nearly a year then," said Josh. "And maybe I don't really want to know how it happened

That's the first I think any of us have heard about that. I also never heard about Scarlett showing up at the set either. She was filming in England at the time. We all thought as time went on, news would leak out little by little..Thanks eme for that

well, the only thing that seems true is that she was in NZ to visit him there, they got sighted there. but the other thing I doubt, cause it would be really not Josh like to talk about his private life that open, especially when it comes to his girlfriends. i mean, it wasn´t even stated officially that they were a couple.

Josh Hartnett hints that distance and jealousy was a factor in Scarlet breakup

Josh Hartnett gave an interview to InTouch Magazine, in which he seems to suggest that long distance and jealousy were at work in his breakup with gorgeous fellow star Scarlett Johansson. He was pretty candid about the reasons the relationship didn’t work and he pinned it on the other person without mentioning Scarlett by name.

- You’ve dated a lot of famous women - do you regret ending any of those relationships?
I try to be careful about walking away for good, but I’ve been in situations where dealing with the long-distance aspect of the relationship has destroyed the other person.

- How was it destroyed?
Seeing their significant other in the arms of a beautiful actress is difficult. It’s hard to be life, “Oh, that’s just work.” It is, but you’re on location with this other person for months, so there’s jealousy.

He’s not overtly harsh about the breakup he’s talking about, but it sounds like he’s saying it had everything to do with the other person’s jealousy instead of a mutual issue they had. Note that he said “dealing with the long-distance aspect of the relationship… destroyed the other person” and he went on to say that “there’s jealousy” and that “Seeing their significant other in the arms of a beautiful actress is difficult.”

If that was my ex I would be annoyed that he was talking so much obvious smack about me, even if he didn’t use my name. At least Hartnett is making progress in saying that he’s not a sex symbol and that he was arrogant when he first started out, but he doesn’t need to take so many digs at Scarlett - or whomever he’s talking about here. Surely he had something to do with the demise of the relationship too.

Paz Vega, Jamie King join Scarlett Johansson, Eva Mendes in ‘The Spirit’

November 14th, 2007

The two will now also be starring alongside Samuel L. Jackson, Gabriel Macht, Sarah Paulson, Dan Lauria, Stana Katic, Johnny Simmons and Louis Lombardi.
Lead role in the Frank Miller helmed film has gone to Gabriel Macht.
Samuel L. Jackson will be playing the villain, The Octopus, Eva Mendes and Scarlett Johansson will be starring as femme fatales Sand Saref and Silken Floss, and Macht will be playing Denny Colt/The Spirit, a rookie cop in the fictitious Central City who fakes his own death and then comes back as a masked crimefighter.
Vega will play the knife-wielding Plaster of Paris, and King will portray Lorelei, a phantom siren, reports Variety.
Principal photography has started in New Mexico.
Co-produced on the pic are Lionsgate and Odd Lot Entertainment.
Lionsgate has U.S. and U.K. rights and plans to release the film on Jan. 16, 2009. Odd Lot principals Deborah Del Prete and Gigi Pritzker are producing along with Michael Uslan of Batfilm Prods.
Batfilm co-founder Benjamin Melniker and Steven Maier are exec producers, with Odd Lot’s Linda McDonough and Batfilm/Comic Book Movies’ F.J. DeSanto as co-producers. (ANI)

The actress, who is now dating another actor, Ryan Reynolds, tracked down a William Claxton photograph of the late trumpeter to Los Angeles art-space Morrison Hotel Gallery - and bought it.
A source tells news agency WENN: “She knew exactly what she wanted and explained she had been looking for the print for some time.”
