It was a great programme that touched on various aspects of parallel universes, and how they came about. Buffy was featured with the ep 'Normal Again'. Now (here's where the posters are split) I really liked this episode. I thought Sarah did an excellent job of being in two 'realities', and struggling to realise which one is real. I also like the way it messes with you right at the end too, in that is what we've seen prior to this ep all 'real'? Or is it all in Buffy's head? Shame that in one way they didn't touch on this again in a later episode. So I was thinking what's your favourite, if underrated ep? |

| Junior Member ![]() ![]() | I have to go with "Normal Again" as well Apart from BtVS doing one of my favourite themes in Science Fiction ,Parallel worlds , I always felt that it is some of the best acting by Sarah in BtVS I felt the pain of Buffy totally afraid that her life the past 6 years had been a fantasy but coupled with the joy of seeing her mother again . As you say though the episode and acting of Sarah have never been particularly noted . As Sarah said at Paley about the Buffybot role it I think gave her a chance to try something new and different about the character |

The one that sticks out in my mind is "The Prom". When Buffy tells Willow that Angel has left her I felt like my heart had been ripped out. Sarah affected me in such a way that I knew she was the epitome of what an actor or actress is. She had made me feel what the character was feeling and that is excellence. |

Yeah, they sorta beat you over the head with the "beer bad" message, but how can you not love the scene with Cave-Slayer going around and around in that chair? And - tell the truth now - every time she hit Parker, didn't you just yell "Do it again! Do it again!" [thanks to Dru] Certainly NOT the best ep, but a very enjoyable underrated one. |

But, I just can't get out of my mind, poor Buffy, growing up, with the image of that boy with his finger in the duck, lingering all those years in her sweet mind. Ya GOTTA love Buffy!!! |
