Bad news, guys. I went to order another copy this morning and it's Sold Out for shipping. They definitely underestimated the number of "Buffy" fans!

I checked my order status that said it was supposed to ship today and now it says it's backordered.

Check this out: I went into Best Buy this morning to get a copy of the BVS Cast Reunion Panel Filmed At The 2008 Paley Festival. They had a stack of them, so I picked up one and then went browsing for a few DVDs that I was interested in. They didn't have them, so I headed over to the checkout with my BVS Panel. They "rang" it up and the price came back as $0.00!!! So, I said, "It's free!!" And she said, "I guess so." She made a similar comment to that effect to a co-worker, then dropped my DVD and the register slip into a bag, handed it to me, and bade me farewell. I GOT IT FOR FREE!!!!! Now, I don't know if it was a screw-up on their part or what, I'm just VERY happy!! I finished watching it just half an hour ago. Ya gotta get it: very funny, very nice. It was great seeing all of them again (lacking only Aly and David).

Good for you, Ed. It's supposed to ring up free if you get it with a season of Buffy or Angel. I noticed that when I ordered it online. The register must not be able to distinguish it as a seperate purchase.

The world is full of stupid rules. I figured - since I was waiting for the backorder - I would call and have them send me two. I can cancel my order, but I cannot add to it. They want me to reorder another one and since they will nor ship anymore I'm right back to square one.

What was your concern? That it wasn't available for pickup in store? I thought you were not in the US....

It is totally available for pick up... and for free too. Does that mean that it's not going to be anymore considering what the guy said in this email?

I'm not sure it was a smart move to make them aware of that....... Why did you email them??
