I went to order another copy this morning and it's Sold Out for shipping. They definitely underestimated the number of "Buffy" fans! They had a stack of them, so I picked up one and then went browsing for a few DVDs that I was interested in. They didn't have them, so I headed over to the checkout with my BVS Panel. They "rang" it up and the price came back as $0.00!!! So, I said, "It's free!!" And she said, "I guess so." She made a similar comment to that effect to a co-worker, then dropped my DVD and the register slip into a bag, handed it to me, and bade me farewell. I GOT IT FOR FREE!!!!! Now, I don't know if it was a screw-up on their part or what, I'm just VERY happy!! I finished watching it just half an hour ago. Ya gotta get it: very funny, very nice. It was great seeing all of them again (lacking only Aly and David). |

I figured - since I was waiting for the backorder - I would call and have them send me two. I can cancel my order, but I cannot add to it. They want me to reorder another one and since they will nor ship anymore I'm right back to square one. |

I know this could have been annoying and I completely understand your frustration as a customer, but you need to know that we have an special agreement with the manufacturer and there are some items that are not be available for store pick up .
