Spoiler Alert: It's sort of like being a cop - no one likes you or wants you around until a threat presents itself. Same with being a soldier. There's an old saying that goes something like, "God and the soldier - All men adore - In time of trouble, - And no more; - For when war is over - And all things righted, - God is neglected - The old soldier slighted." Sounds like an ode for a Slayer also. The Immortal turned out to be a bad guy in the novel "Queen of the SLayers" and I can easily imagine him behind some kind of mischief here. I know that Angel and Spike certainly didn't like him! |

Thanks for the info there. Also From reading NFFY part 1, I wonder what Buffy's dream meant? I thought it was a reference to The Queen of Slayers novel. But from what you've written, then it may not be that. It seems like the Big Bad's trying to communicate with her in some way. Could it be witches or warlocks on the Twighlight's side that's trying to send a message to her via a dream? Or is it Amy upo her tricks again and tapping into Buffy dreamspace again? Blimey I didn't think I'd have so many questions. but that's the great thing about this series. |

It could be any one of the scenarios you mentioned. You know how Josh likes to surprise us! Dreams were always a major part of a Slayer's built in radar. The novel "Night of the Living Rerun" uses dreams as it's major theme. |

As for the dream I was talking about, I've now read NFFY part 2 and I think it could be something that Irish warlock will conjure up so that Lady Genevieve Savidge can become 'Queen of the Slayers'. I guess I thought of that on seeing the last page of part 2. Which in itself was really good. I enjoyed the fight with the gargoyles and the references to Faith's friendship with Buffy, and how that had changed. I guess that this could be similar for Faith. Can't wait for part 3, hope I don't have to wait too long. |

The shipping date is Nov. 7th. You can check it out here: http://cgi.ebay.com/BUFFY-THE-VAMPIR...QQcmdZViewItem although the shipping rate to England sounds a little steep to me. I ordered mine! |

Unless Faith's own life is in danger. Plus I think she may stop the axe like Giles did from the bringer. I guess though the main threat is the warlock, as he's the involved with the Twilight, so Faith may need Genevieve's help to kill him, and she then may join up with the other Slayers. Just my thoughts... |

That first pic does look really dramatic and it does make you wonder if this is what they'd have done if they did an eighth season on TV. I keep reading that Sarah's saying that she doesn't want to do a film version of Buffy picking up after where the seventh series ended, but this eighth season's really good. Plus it's looking like it's going to be a huge series, with different stories, such as Faith, being told. |

If she were offered a script that she thought couldn't fail she might reconsider. I think she's fairly firm in her commitment to the belief that they left the air on a high note and she's afraid a movie that didn't deliver would spoil all of that for the fans. |

That thought really scares me. Buffy was a movie and it didn't work because her story was longer than that. This was about a girl that you had to get to know and it took so long to figure out how to crack the ending so that people weren't upset. Of course I never say never, so I'm not saying no, but my fear would be to open something like that up again, to only end it again." |
