Sure, more people will see that Sarah is supporting Care, and her fans might take the extra step and find the official site but what about everyone else? People who don't really care about Sarah. The focus should be the cause and the charity, not the fact that Sarah is supporting them.

And why do you think charities WANT celebrities working with them? To increase awareness for their causes, to get press coverage, so that sites like this will carry the vids and pix and articles. You must have been to the CARE site; tell us, what is CARE doing to highlight their Guatemalan efforts? Besides using Sarah, that is.
