Thanks! I pre-order mine thru B.Dalton - no shipping; plus, the people there know of my serious addiction so if some mag comes through with an SMG mention, they put it aside for me automatically. A well-trained lot.

OK, here we go: BITE ME! 10th Anniversary edition by Nikki Stafford due out October 1; Undead TV:Essays on Buffy the Vampire Slayer by E. Levine and Lisa Park due November 1; Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Panel to Panel, from Dark Horse(comic book art) due November 25; The Psychology of Joss Whedon by Joy Davidson due December 7. A few more books for the reading fan!

I finished "The Deathless". It's not as good as "Dark Congress". It read like a kid's fairy tale and that may go down well with younger adults, but not with me. What did you think, Ed?

Dark Congress was an excellent story; it's been a couple of months since I read The Deathless. It was a easy read, not very complicated, a bit simple. It reminded me of the Juvenile line of books which they initially came out with when they started the BVS novels.

i can't really get into "The Deathless" so I think with the reviews you guys have given it, i think i'm going to buy "Dark Congress" this weekend
