"The Return" with SMG

Could anyone who saw this movie tell me if it is good or not and whether it is worth seeing ?

I have to join in on the "liking it" side! I have the DVD. It was advertised as a horror film and it's not that at all.

Sarah is never used enough in any film for my liking!

I liked The Return also - did NOT like the alternate ending. If you are not a diehard fan of SMG, it would be best to rent though.

I've not got it yet. I'll look in the shops and see if our version has the alternate ending. If it hasn't I don't want to buy it and have a 'Special Edition' released 3 months later!

I haven't yet, thanks little t, but I can get one. But I want to see if they'll do a special edition for later in the year on R2.

It's only ten bucks in Best Buy so I got it on a whim. It's a great movie from the point of view of setting a mood, but the plot is slight to say the least and it relies too heavily on empty jump-cut scares. Plus SMG does nothing except look all sad and pouty throughout.

It just so happens I think she's totally hot when she's looking all sad and pouty.

I'm speechless with geeker joy. Sarah looks so great as a brunette. But then again, it is her natural hair color. I miss watching her every week on TV. I really need to see her latest movies. How many has she done since Btvs ended four years ago? The only one I've had the pleasure of seeing is The Grudge #2. I badly want to see The Return after viewing the photos above. And Southland Tales sounds really interesting.
