I've got to agree with Eadweard on this one, I just don't believe he could reach "perfect happiness" with anyone but Buffy. Which makes extra sense if you're Buffy\Angel person, which I am. I've always wondered why the perfect happiness curse remained after he was re-ensouled. The way I understand it, that wasn't a condition of getting a soul, it was something the Gypsies did to further punish him. Only reasonable answer I've come up with is that they were good\clever enough to make the curse somehow re-instate itself with his soul. But that answer never really satisfied me. Again, I see it the same as Eadweard, it is impossible, something beyond what we know must have intervened. I mean it's not like Angel hadn't had unprotected sex before, for centuries he was Darla's lover, I doubt that was a closed relationship, and I think I remember it being said that Angelus was a rapist too(I may be wrong here). | |

| PETA freak ![]() ![]() | As I remember In the Dark, he told Doyle that he wasn't going to keep it because it would make him want to stay in the light (and good world) and that would be neglecting the dark. He thought that it was up to him to protect the lost and damaged humans (druggies, etc)that weren't a part of the normal world. Stop demons from preying on them. Yes, Angelus was a rapist. We know for certain that he raped Holtz's wife before he killed her. season 3: Hearthrob: Angelus to Holtz "Your wife she kept repeating on me, of course I repeated on her a few times myself." Angelus and Darla were very unfaithful. Darla cheated on him with The Immortal and he was often with Drusilla. I'm sure there were others also. Last edited by wilywiccan : 04-22-2007 at 09:50 PM. |

| PETA freak ![]() ![]() | I love Buffy's dreams. Especially the Buffy/Angel/Spike sandwitch with her in that nurse's outfit. Who is this Kenny that Dawn supposedly lost her virginity to? Is he human? Or is she following in her sister's footsteps? While I don't like the idea of two/three Buffy decoys, I am glad that it wasn't Buffy with The Immortal in The Girl In Question. I never bought that storyline. Especially not Andrew saying that she moved on. Even in season seven she was saying how much she loved Angel. And she just got to the point where she could tell Spike she loved him. I doubt she could move on. If she ever does date while being away from Angel and Spike it will probably be like the relationship she had with Riley. Where she can't really love the guy but doesn't want to be alone. I mean, she truly cared for him and trusted him but it wasn't love. Even he knew that. She felt safe and at ease with Riley and didn't even realize she had treated him like a rebound boyfriend. She was just happy to have a non-intense relationship where she could do normal things like go on picnics and to the beach. But she was much more involved emotionally with those two vampires. Willow almost had me with the "Kennedy's dead" story. Like most fans I hated Willow's girlfriend Kennedy. She was very pretty though. But very annoying as well. But we were going to feel that way no matter who she moved on with, it just happened to be Kennedy. But as far as Kennedy herself goes, yeah I did like her, I like my girls with a bit of attitude, plus she is really hot. ![]() |

For Willow to go EVIL, Tara - sadly - HAD to die; nothing else would push her into that deep pit, excepting Buffy or Xander's death - perhaps. So, what afterwards? Willow becomes a nun? Kennedy arrives and is attracted to Will and it becomes mutual. Kennedy even comes to being comfortable with Willow's immense power: "You're a goddess!" Hey, be happy for Will - we don't want her lonely. |
