THE GRUDGE

Hey SMG fans I just had to let everyone that SMG is comin out with a new movie THE GRUDGE she plays the main character and is goin for the Blonde hair for this role and the movie comes out OCT,29,2004 on HALLOWEEN weekend. The only doubt I have about this movie is that every horror flick she is in she always dies but sense she is the main character in this one hopefully she won't. I dont know about this remake but in Ju-on (the original japanese version), everybody dies, even the nurse character( Sarah's role ) :confused:

Firstly welcome to the board. I think most of knew about the Grudge, but it's possibly the 1st time I've seen a release date for it, and it's a good one to choose. On the downside, it means us UKer's may not get to see until after Christmas :( thanks for letting us know.

I'm sure she's got a pretty good death scene. While making Scream 2 she wanted her death scene to be a big deal, body parts and blood all over the place. She wouldn't pass up the opportunity to do it again. [img]graemlins/evillaugh2.gif[/img]

I haven't seen the original "Grudge" movie but I have read a lot of really positive reviews for it and I'm sure that they have changed certain things here and there from the original. So, I am really looking forward to seeing this remake in October and the fact that Sarah is headlining it just makes it that much more exciting! Can't wait. :cool:

The Grudge will be good I hope Sarah's character the nurse lives!I would protect her from The Grudge if it was real.

The teaser trailer is in the works and looks very good. Very scary. It kind of has a Darkness Falls kind of feel to it. Sarah looks gorgeous, but the person I know who saw it says it looks a little too much like Buffy. The teaser trailer should be released soon.
