I found my explaination at least for a bit of it... this topic was started waaaay back in October so the pic will have been taken off the uploader when Bowlcut had a clear out.
Why its been replaced with hilary duff I can't tell you, usually there's just a little x

I think it's because the image has a non-decriptive title, such as just a plain number. This way if someone uses that same label, and the actual SMG pic is deleted and replaced you get the new image. If it was labeled as SMG 10(or something similar, which is more specific) it wouldn't be a problem.
