ebay problems

I hope this isnt a silly question but its important.I bought a 12 inch buffy figure for £22.00 i sent a cheque,he had 100%feedback and said he was selling it for a mate.However since he got the cheque and cashed it i have had no email from him.I reported him to ebay,sent emails please tell me what to do.

I'd like to add a message to robin_gourami and continue communication.

My concerns have been resolved - I want to close this dispute.

I feel I have no other option but to escalate this to a claim.

i am very sick and tired of him he has 100% feedback and only yesterday he sent a diffrent figure to my freind why give him is and not mine,i have his moblie number so i will call him

Cartwright's friend could have been mailed before he went to Japan.

this man went to japan,
so his m8 was supposed to send it and he hasnt he said he has.
they say it got lost in post.
and they will send me my money back
if royal mail carnt find it
