Agency?

I have a question. Why did SMG's agency dismiss her? I see it says she was "nothing at all" but its not clicking in my head. COuld someone explain it if you know. thanx :D

yea she did make a good choice to leave the WMTA. They shouldn't say that about their clients.

As fas I understand it, it comes from a leter which talks about Sarah's performance in the Grudge. Which wasn't too positive. Also now I read that Halle Berry's left the same agency over similar comments made to her (however, it was about Catwoman).
