Looks like Lindsay Lohan has been changing more than her hair.

The “Mean Girls” star made headlines recently when she dyed her trademark red locks platinum — reportedly for a movie. Now, onlookers have noticed that Lohan’s pretty perky lips are looking extraordinarily puffy lately.

“She looks like she borrowed Melanie Griffith's mouth,” noted one observer. “She looks much better without the trout pout,” opined AwfulPlasticSurgery.com.

Lohan’s rep didn’t return calls for comment.

The lip gloss, the angle of the pic,the fact that she's semi~puckering all together create an illusion. FAKE!!!!!!!

yeah i think so too.... but if it was true, i wouldn't be surprised, i think this is something lindsay could do. if she was able to take breast-implants (i know, i know, she's denying it. but even a blind person can see they're fake) why couldn't she do this?!?

It was just one photo where her lips looked really puffy, so I doubt she has had any work on them, I still to this day think she had her boobs done though!!!

I'm not normally naive to things like this but I just think puberty hit her pretty good in her late teens. There not excessively perky of anything like that. I truly do not believe she got implants

ya, i think puberty hit her pretty hard, i mean, she started to 'grow' during shooting for 'confessions of a...' and it was obvious they shot the movie out of sequence, because she's got boobs in one scene, flat in the next, and so on.

anyhoos, she was in vancouver a little while ago, go to CLUBVIBES.COM then to THE LOUNGE FOURM and look for the posting RUN IN WITH LINDSAY LOHAN.

I'd really like to say false, but it looks surprisingly real. What is she doing? If getting breast augmentation was bad enough at her age, what the hell is she doing a whole Lara Flynn-Boyle act? And I agree, her lips look so much better the way they were before.

Let's not hope this plastic surgery business does not become an obsession. I reckon this is her trying to get through her depression with the whole issue of her dad and everything.
