| Is LINDSAY LOHAN the luckiest woman in the world? ET's own MARK STEINES finds out when he goes exclusively behind the scenes of her new comedy, 'Just My Luck.' "I think everyone's lucky in their own way," Lindsay tells Mark, describing her new film as "a little bit of an over-the-top comedy, but it's funny and it's cute and it's silly." In 'Just My Luck,' Lindsay plays a sexy Manhattanite who has amazing luck wherever she goes. But a chance encounter with a down-and-out stranger ('The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement' star CHRIS PINE) finds Lindsay with a newly jinxed existence. Realizing she's accidentally swapped her good luck with a man who has chronic misfortune, she plots to reclaim her luck with the help of her two best friends -- and finds herself falling for this handsome stranger in the process. "She takes advantage of the fact that she has luck, and she doesn't recognize it and isn't thankful," explains Lindsay. "[Then] everything just basically goes downhill for her." In real life, Lindsay's had plenty of good fortune, from the success of her recent debut album, Speak, to her box office hits 'Mean Girls' and 'Freaky Friday.' In fact, a friend recently gave her a four-leaf-clover necklace, and the day she put it on she started receiving presents in the mail! Too bad she wasn't wearing it when she stepped into a New York City pothole while filming began on her new movie... "I was stepping off of the curb into a cab and my line was, 'I can't afford to be injured right now,' and as I said that line, I literally went down," says the 18-year-old actress. "I started screaming and wailing in pain, and I sprained my ankle; I almost tore my ligament." Luckily, Lindsay's all but recovered, although she says, "It's still sore, on and off," and has been wearing boots for more ankle support. Lindsay says that if she could switch roles with anyone for a day, she'd choose to be like ANGELINA JOLIE for her beauty and humanitarian efforts. And if she could have someone walk in her shoes for a day, who would it be? "Everyone that writes an article for the tabloids," says Lindsay, "so they would really feel bad about what they're writing about, because a lot of it is really unnecessary. There's so much stuff that's personal that is just over the top, and they just keep dragging it on and on. So it would be nice to have them spend a day in my shoes."
