Those are some good clips, and she does a great job in them.

The patient died because the doctor (Lacey's character) made a mistake that I don't think anyone with more than a few days of brain-surgical training would make: The left side of the body is controlled by the right side of the brain, and vice versa. Not that I think smashing a screwdriver into someone's head is ever going to help them; you can't possibly know exactly how hard to hit it your first time, and it's possible that you CAN'T hit it with just the right amount of force; that is, the minimum necessary to penetrate the skull might exceed the maximum to not drive the shaft into the brain. Not being a brain surgeon - I used to be when I was Doogie Houser's age, but I forgot all my training since then - I don't know for sure. Considering their panic, I can see how they could make all those mistakes.

She doesn't look too bad with her hair like that, especially with the skimpy outfit to make up for it, but I hope it was just a wig or she put her hair up.

Let this movie be a lesson to you all: if a freakin' dog runs out in the middle of the road, DON'T swerve or you'll kill your friend with a screwdriver! One of my truck driving instructors regaled us with a story about one of his students who was on a two-lane road in moderate traffic and was trying to avoid hitting a dog by - you guessed it - switching lanes into the oncoming traffic. This Emmy-award winner would rather have a head-on collision that killed half a dozen people than hit a dog that didn't have enough sense not to cross a busy street. He didn't get his CDL that day, you can be sure.

I actually really liked her hair in these scenes. She looked really cute. Also I don't think it was a wig. She had it short during that time...
