Lunchdate with Lacey

A short while back, RLM was nice enough to post about a lunchdate with Lacey that had been auctioned off and won by a guy named Jimmy. Jimmy was kind enough to take a few pictures and write a nice description of the lunch and post it on the internet. An even shorter while back, another such lunchdate was auctioned off, and Jimmy won it again. It is hoped he will be able to collect on his prize some time this month.

In the event that Jimmy and Lacey are willing to do us a tremendous favor and suffer through a few questions from the fans, what would you like Jimmy to ask her?

Please keep in mind that Jimmy will naturally have final choice on what to ask, and Lacey will have final choice on what to answer; therefore, heated arguments will not be needed.

A few suggestions:

• Think of questions she's never answered before. Google her and read the first few links' worth of bios and fact sheets for the most common stuff you don't need to ask.
• Be respectful: this is a LADY, and she is not obligated to answer anything. If you don't know what a lady is, look it up.
• Lacey is somewhat shy and modest, so don't ask anything embarrassing. (Questions about her sex life are right out, and a lady wouldn't answer anyway.)
• Don't ask things that would be too invasive of her privacy; she ain't gona tell you her phone number. She also ain't gonna answer why she didn't write you back.
• Try to keep it short and to the point.
• Try to keep your list short: I suggest 5 questions as your max.

If you agree that a particular question already posted is a good one to ask, go ahead and quote it. The most-frequently asked questions will then be more easily compiled into a list of 10 or so questions that Jimmy can print out on a single page and have space to write in the answers.

Questions I'd like to ask her:
1. What kinds of roles do you NOT want to do? (Are there any movies we could see that you rejected to be part of? I'm wondering why you're in so many movies I would never consider watching.)

2. You've said there are roles you don't feel that you are the right choice for; what kinds of roles are these? (Are there any movies/characters you could point to that you declined to be part of?)

3. Who do you count among your closest friends (besides family), as in, the people you hang out with the most?

4. Is there any project you've been part of that you are embarrassed or otherwise unhappy that you were part of, or that you wouldn't want certain members of your family to see you in? (The lack of a credit for Family Guy comes to mind; so do some other roles.)

5. Who would be your favorite people (actor, director, whatever) to work with, be it a movie or some other project?

Actually I would just flirt with her and get to know her better. I would try to make it like a real date.

Is there any truth to the rumor that you and Tony Stark have spent time together? (There's a rumor early in Iron Man that Tony is "12 for 12 with the 2007 Maxim covergirls", of which Lacey is one.)

I'M KIDDING!!! Woulda been nice if he'd at least said, "Well... not Lacey," or something like that. Punching out Stan Lee for defaming my favorite actress isn't something I really wanna hafta do.

As quickly as it began, it was over. This past Saturday, she dropped everything to make the date on time. She had this to say:

This raises a host of new questions. Though Jimmy has stated that he's not going to favor us with the thorough description he gave last time, I hope he'll at least answer a few incidental questions:

• Did she pick you up at your house, or does one of you always carry a laptop at all times? (I'm wondering where she made her post from.)
• Did it take place at the same place? Hard to tell in the pics.
• Who's glasses is she holding?
• Are you gonna let someone else win next time (if there IS a next time)?
• Did she tell you a dirty joke to get you to smile like that?
