nm, I scrolled down and noticed it's for the Step Up Women's Network which provides a clearing house for women to find opportunities in this man-o-centric phallacrocy.

I guess it doesn't seem to be a front for Islamic extremists in Saudi Arabia, so I'm cool with it.
