According to the description on Lacey Central for that pic, the other gal is Lacey's sister. Which is pretty cool. (I assume that information came from wireimage, but I can't even see those pictures on wireimage which leads me to believe Kelly actually has some kind of FBI connections).

The other lady in that pic looks like the girl from the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I'm only bringing that up because I think that movie rules :D

Jeesh, I went to wireimage to see if I could confirm that information and it shows that Lacey attended two other events on the 19th. So that makes like 5 events in 4 days! She's spoiling us!

ah but she is not dead. Shes like 95 but shes alive. My grandma lives in the same retirement neighbourhood thingy, and they are friends. I took care of her dogs...seriously. Theyre these weird little white things named Binzie(sp?) and Gogo.
