This movie opens July the 14:th. Why no trailer yet?

Dunno. I've seen the film. Lacey looks great in it but there's nothing that's even the least bit sexy about her character. The movie itself, is okay. Not great. Not bad. Just okay.

The movie is about to get out, and we know almost nothing about it! No pictures, no trailer, no credits...are you guys sure this thing exists? :(

It propably exists but the premiere will be propably be delayed a month or two.

Are you talking to me? [img]smile.gif[/img] I wasnt talking about downloading the trailer on IRC. I'm talking about the complete film, ripped off of a DVD screener.

The only upcoming movie with her that I know about is Dirty Deeds. Is this another indie film I'm guessing?

If I wasn't torrenting the entire Spiderman animated series right now, I'd get that movie!

But speaking of torrenting, since some of you obviously do it. Does anyone know why mine go ever so slowly? I can download from webpages at staggering speeds (cable modem), but when I torrent I ALWAYS only get like 10 to 15 kb/sec. And as of right now it has slowed down to 1 kb/sec... Taking 171 hours for the rest of season 2 of spiderman :mad:

Found the trailer on google on the website for what appears to be the studio that made the movie. The trailer was kind of neat. It had pieces of dialogue from James Spader mostly and not really anyone else. Lacey seems to have kind of a minor role in the movie as someone's daughter.

Some of the scenes she was in included her in a limo wearing what looked like a pink prom dress sharing a glass of champagne with another woman, there was also a scene of her at dinner with a few people and that's about it. The trailer ends with people standing over a body in the road during a rainstorm. As subversive as the story seems, the trailer actually uses the song "Clocks" from Coldplay to kind of give the movie a weird, hip feel yet dark (that's the best interpretation I can come up with). The movie's rated PG-13.
Thank God for Google! I found the banned Spider-Man teaser trailer on it a few weeks ago (it was banned because the trailer PROMINENTLY features the World Trade Center).

OK then, it looks like the film isn't an indie--but it sure hasn't been promoted like hell.
