I thought this thread idea might be fun, I just really hope I'm not all alone or its gonna make me sound pretty crazy.

Well I decided to make this because I just received a new poster of Lacey I bought from http://www.fan-poster.com/. I wondered what the quality of their posters would be, especially at the mildly outrageous prices they charge. But the poster quality is very nice and actually a little bigger than I expected.

Okay, so the point of this thread is to post pictures of items or collections you have that in some-way relate to Lacey. Here are mine:

My poster(s)

My.. um.. shrine? to Lacey This I do feel embarrassed posting. These are on a dresser in my room, kinda in the opposite corner the posters are in. I used to not keep these "on display" until I actually met Lacey, then I took them out of the drawer and put them where they are now. The pictures are poor quality because the lighting sucks my room.

Lastly, my DVD collection Snuggled flushed infront of my Paris Hilton 2005 wall calendar and above my monitor.

Unfortunately, I've lost my poster collection as you can see. There are a few others of her on the floor, but they can't be seen in this image. My poor posters. I also lost 'Lost In Space' and 'The Brooke Ellison Story' in the hurricane also. :(

As for new posters, I'm getting one as we speak here.

Oh yeah, 3 months is coming up since I've sent off my first letter to her. I thinking about going ahead and sending another one. I WANT AN AUTOGRAPH and a reply!

I don't remember what I wrote in that letter to her. That was like atleast 3 years ago now. Probably even longer. I apparently mentioned LaceyRealm and the rest of was probably just pathetic I-love-you-jargon lol.

You should write her another letter, I mean, your return address is umm different :\ Plus you could score some MAD sympathy points from Lacey. Just be like "The hurricane destroyed my house, but I made it through because I thought of you everyday." But much sappier! [img]graemlins/dunce.gif[/img]

The poster cost like $30. They say $25 for the print and $5 for s/h, but since it comes from Ukraine I'm thinking most the high cost is because of shipping it.

Yeah, I thought so also. I'm gonna edit it and re-send the letter tomorrow. Our old mail is getting redirected here, so that's why I waited until the third before taking action on it.

as for me, I actually only have most of her movies on dvd and an autograph I bought from ebay. But I'm pretty happy with that. it's hanging on the wall by my computer next to my other autographs.

That's a nice "shrine" you got there Shaun. Truth be told, it weirds me out a little but I can't help but look at some of my stuff and ideas and think that people would be weirded out by me.

I've collected as many of Lacey's talk show appearances as I can (I really wish that I had not missed her appearance on the short lived Wayne Brady Show though)I have most all of the movies she has appeared in including "When Secrets Kill" which I had to tape on TBS. I also bought Season 1 of Party of Five.

I don't have an autograph like lucky Shaun has but I have also collected a few appearances she has made in magazines.

The weirdest part of my fanatacism (is that the word you used Shaun? I prefer fandom myself) is what I have wanted to create based around Lacey. Using footage of her, I have wanted to create a couple of tribute videos to her just to practice some film editing to help me in making dedication music videos to some of my favorite movies.

The other thing is fan fiction. I would kinda like to be a writer (even a mediocre one) and to help practice and just for fun I had an idea for a continuation of the story for Lost In Space, but just as a short story and a bit of a corny one at that.

After all of that, I have an idea for a sci-fi movie for which I had a character in mind for Lacey to play, but I am a fairly sane person and the chances of that are pretty far-flung and out there as far as it actually occurring.

haha yeah I know what you mean. My collection (let's say) weirds myself out. I'd probably put it away in the event someone else actually came into my room haha

You have a pretty nice sounding collection of things, yourself! I've never taped Lacey on anything (mostly cause I don't have a VCR) so I only have a few of what DVDs are available.

And hey, keep on writing and maybe you will write a kick-ass enough screenplay to make a movie that Lacey wants to participate in. Although she hadn't really done sci-fi since LiS

as much as i love lacey...i dont even have a poster on my wall. Then again, the only reason for that is they are kinda expensive for someone w/ no income. I think u guys are fricken crazy...and not in the good way.

Although, I never had a poster of Lacey until my sister gave me a Mean Girls poster. But I did buy a few autographs from ebay a LONG time ago for like $10 each. They're probably fake, but oh well [img]tongue.gif[/img] I actually thought it might be a fun idea when I get LaceyRealm back up that I might hold a contest (or a few different contests) where the prize will be for the ebay autographs.

I really don't have anything like a poster or picture of Lacey. I have "Hometown Legend" but don't consider it a "Lacey" item as I actually enjoyed that movie.

The thing I'm most embarassed to have I would say, is a copy of the actual Stuff magazine she appeared in way back when. For bonus embarassment points: it's in my safe. In my defense though, it's really the only place I can keep it so LAY OFF! ;)
