I'm addicted to Smallville again. I just remembered that I have Season One on DVD and took out the case. It was a really good show at the start. Then it just lost whatever I like about the first season. Maybe the writing? Maybe it's just the constant fighting between Clark, Lex, and Lana now. Was the latest season any good? If it is, I'm thinking of buying all the Seasons I missed. I think I stopped watching Season 4 or something...

to me smallville started to change right around season 3. that's where the show lost most viewers as well and the ratings dropped slightly. i still continued to view it and it's had it's ups and downs but i still enjoy it.

Although I still watched Smallville every week, I too, did not feel as anxious to watch the following week's episode as I did during the first three seasons. It wasn't until I saw the Smallville panel at the Comic-Con a couple a weeks ago, that I started to get excited about Smallville again.

anyone else think that bringing in supergirl is just some way of created a spin off in case smallville doesn't come back for an 8th season?

I thought they said this was going to be the final season anyway. Oh wait, didn't they say they were just going for 4 or 5? Well, if Supergirl is hot, I'm all for a new addition to the cast. Call me shallow, but hey, it's better to have a hot regular cast member than annoying guest stars like Bow Wow who I didn't know was on until I saw the end of a repeat (that would have made me stopped watching it if I saw it during the regular season) and WWE "stars" like Kane. Well, then again, I guess Kane actually looks like he can kill Clark while Bow Wow looks like a little twig.

I startedlast year, i watched all 5 seasons in around 2 months or so.. i was a little crazy. when i finished all five seasons, season 6 started so been watching regularly since then.

I didnt like season 3 and 4. 5 got better and 6 was good too.

Smallville is like my fav show, dont really know what draws me to it.
