i know it's still being worked on, sos. that's why i said she's working on it, not filming it. then there's dream princess, which we're not sure will ever see the light of day. kristin is just really personal. you don't have to be in the limelight to be an actress. a lot of hollywood hates the paparazzi. look at reese witherspoon, for instance. she is okay with promoting her things, as is kk, but she has tried to sue the paparazzi to get rid of them. the reason kristin isn't in film after film like kristen bell or jessica alba is because now she's looking for roles that show a real importance to her. she probably had a good time with her appearance in eurotrip and now she's settled into "better" things, by her opinion.

i just don't think it's fair to cast her out of what she enjoys just because she chooses to stay home rather than do hollywood parties. she probably goes to quite a lot of events in vancouver that we don't know about simply because their media doesn't really leak outward, at least into the us. and by media i mean i haven't seen very many pictures of her from the vancouver film festival that we know she went to one year, and i don't think i've seen any formal pictures from when she was in toronto promoting partition, or opening night of partition in vancouver, either, for that matter. there were a couple from vancouver but i think i only saw video from toronto, and screencaps from those.

i searched for a couple of videos for rush hour 3 and found a video with brett ratner at a late-night talk show or so.
they talked about a disco in his house, and he said something like "yes, there are a lot of parties with buddies, actors... and some STARLETS".
i mean... imagine kristin being at a party in hollywood and called a starlet. doesn't sound bad in the first place, but when you think about brett rattner sitting there and saying that starlets are at his parties..

that's probably daily business in hollywood and some people are certainly happy or glad they get invited, but to some persons ... they simply have another point of view about the whole scene and their... style of life or whatever it is called. (i'm talking out of the blue, i'm not a native speaker at all)

the media there is really not like the media we know from hollywood, right.
i was really wondering about the vancouver film festival thing. did her agent tell the local media not to report about it?
are they that... i don't know... like "loyal"? i think that's a bit crappy. for us fans and wannabe-stalkers, you know.
