Paris Hilton has signed on for her first feature film starring role in "National Lampoon’s Pledge This!" Paris Hilton will star as Victoria, the President of Gamma Gamma Gamma sorority at "South Beach University," to be filmed in South Beach, with physical production scheduled to begin later this summer. National Lampoon’s "Pledge This!," will tell the story of twenty female pledges of the most elite sorority on campus as they battle the girls of SASS, Sisters Against Stupid Sororities.

Casting will include sorority girls and college aged men; a minimum of one speaking role(s) will be awarded to a TalentMatch.com member; specific casting to be announced shortly.

i was looking at your svn message board about that and i noticed the link doesnt have her name anymore so i'm hoping it's not true because as much as i'd love to see kristin in another movie, i really hate paris hilton so i would much rather love not to see them in a movie together.

wait wait i think hate isn't a strong enough word. detest, loathe, abhor yes that sounds more like it.

I completely agree with Eve.

As much as I would love to see KK in a new role I really dislike ph, and I would really hate to see KK in this type of role again, much less have anything to do with ph...

I seriously hope this is false!

Seriously, this is bad news to me if true. :( She's going to get typecast and that is NOT a good thing. Plus, she's starring opposite PH, who although I don't know her character personally, acts like a "ho". But, who knows? That may just be an image, although I don't know why anyone would want that image. I think Nikki is so much better.

I just checked again.... it is still there. The link that was given was just the main site.. you have to go to the NL casting section for it.

Yeah, who wants to spend good money to see Paris H play a sorority ditz at the theatre when they can watch her play a ditz on tv for free?! [img]graemlins/boggled.gif[/img]

Seriously, her reality tv show has had some success and the producers are obviously banking on that success translating well to the big screen. But I think they'll be disappointed. The ditzy girl thing has been done SO many times... think clueless, american pies, the porky's movies even all the way back to animal house. I think young people are kinda tired of this formula. And the leering older guys who are prolly the largest fan segment of PH's tv show... what gets the nielsen rating up... are not gonna spend $$$ to see her on the big screen. :(

So yeah, I like that KK digs doing comedy, but poor choice here. This movie could be a major bomb, as was Eurotrip. She doesn't wanna be associated with too many stinkers early in her career. Kinda surprised she wouldn't see the potential for pitfall here. [img]graemlins/ohwell.gif[/img]

Even if Kristin did star in this movie, I don't think I would have much interest to go and see it because anything starring Paris Hilton is due for trouble...I really hope she doesn't take this role, I'd like to see her in a much more respective movie.

The more time goes by since she graduated from hs ( 4 years now), the less likely she'll go on to college. Reasons are fairly obvious: KK already has more money than she ever dreamed of.... is having way too much fun.... gets enough new project offers aside from SMV.... and finally, she's just not that ambitious. Besides, travel is a much more fun way to get an education, and thats what she aims ta do. :cool:

Why are you all bashing her for taking the part. First off, its not even 100% guranteed that shes in it, IMDB hasnt updated her resume. Secondly its completely her choice if she wants to take this part. Its a new role and she would like to try something new all the time. Her agent isnt crap, She has im guessing one of the best agents to be getting her these auditions. Her LA agent sent her out to this im guessing. If shes in it ALL the power to her. I will be looking forward to seeing her perform. AFter all she is an ACTOR thats not her , she can play any character she wants.

Actually no. It just seems people cant let go of her "Lana Lang angel would never do anything wrong" image out of their heads, Ppl dont accept that she could possibly do that. Like when she did her photoshoot with Arena I loved loved those pics. The photography was excellent she looked incerdible. I loved it. I would still respect her if she chose to do a nude scene in a movie. She is an actor like i said earlier. She can choose to or not too. Shes a smart girl and knows what to or not to do. All the power to her.

I don't know how being a second teen comedy movie is " trying new things "
