on the askmen.com website it said that kristin was in the pilot episode of 'freaks and geeks'....

does anyone somehow have screenshots of her in this eppy? or have the eppy itself?

hehe, i'd like to see her as a 'freak' or a 'geek'....lol....j/k.. :D

I'm willing to keep an open mind, until Kristin says, "NO. I was not in the pilot for Freaks n' Geeks, " but even then I think I'd be curious about what truth is in that.

She was probably an EXTRA before she was a STAR. Most are.

I've seen every episode cause that show friggin rocks. And I can tell you that shes in the very first episode. the pilot. I remember it. But sadly, I dont have a picture of it. I'll have to download it and screencap it.

DO you remember what part she was in, or what was happening in the scene, I might be able to get a cap of her...

Doesn't look like her to me... That gurl doesn't seem to have KK's nose, but we can argue if it is really her or not for a whole year and still not come up with an answer. Maybe someone should mail her and ask her the question. ;)

Nice Vinny.. is that from the first episode ?

You have to remember if she was in it, then it was a long time ago, i think pre-Edgemont. So she would look different to now, more like her Year 11 HS photo.

I will be definitely able to cap it if I got a description of the scene....but from what I can tell she's not in it...however, I might have missed her if it was during the dance scene, because they were panning pretty fast through the people... [img]graemlins/ohwell.gif[/img]

IMDB has been wrong before.. but it does say: Notable TV Guest Appearances

I've had a girl or two go to my highschool (this's some while ago), that looked very similar to Kristin's grade 9 picture. Another one in my friends' book (she was in a year before me), looks similar to the grade 11 one, but I don't think she was asian. I think she was Spanish?

dude: when did we acquire the grade 11 picture? I don't really recall having seen it until now, so would you happen to have a larger copy without the blue triangular thing? If you do, could you send it to me or post it on the picture thread? Would very much appreciate it!

Eh. I agree with you there, she looks pretty different in her year 11 photo from now, holy heck. At first glance I wouldn't see it as the same girl, cause if you were to compare her grade 11 picture, you'd find a bunch of girls on faceparty and (i forget the name of it..) who look very similar!

Dang... KK looks really pretty when she was a Freshman. [img]smile.gif[/img] Like someone said, I can't imagine someone loooking like that in my school. Imagine you are an upperclassman and KK is a Freshman... Somehow that feels weird and abstract. Requires some thinking about the situation. Probably its just me since it is pretty late.

IMDB has been known to mess up information from time to time. I don't think that was her in the episode, especially since it's been stated in a lot of KK's interviews that Edgemont was her first real acting gig, so you'd imagine she would talk about a walk-on role on F&G. Anyway, if the girl in the pink shirt didn't have a notable role with lines, the character wouldn't be posted on the imdb as extras are rarely listed on there, especially if they're not famous when the episode comes out. I've been an extra in a movie and I'm not on there ;)

p.s. F&G was/is filmed in LA and I don't think KK has shot anything out of Vancouver save for Ugly Americans
