Kristin K in NYC?

I read somewhere that in the fall they pull 2 stars from a series (Tom & Kristin from smallville) and have them come to something in NYC. Do they still do that and does anybody know anything about it?

Stars do that kind of stuff to promote their tv shows. If they feel that Smallville need not be promoted by their stars, then they won't go. And it's not necessarily to NYC that they go; some actors and actresses simply go to premieres and just get their faces out in the press

Even if they do something like that, I doubt that Kristin would volunteer to go. She seems to like to show up where no one would ever expect her to be.

Uh why else do you think Kristin was at TRL and Conan? And why she went to the What a Girl Wants and Notebook movie premieres? It's all for publicity. Good grief.

Well she has to give in to the publicists at the WB sometime. The more promotion she does the better the show would probably do. It doesn't mean that she necessarily wants to.

Well no, of course she is no Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan, but I'm sure she doesn't have too horrible of a time while she's out in different places.
